Some corrections to a paper of George Leigh

1. Page 130: delete line -7 i.e. equation (32).
2. Page 130: In line -2, delete equation \(C(u)=c\), as it is apparently not used in the proof.
3. Page 139: "becuase" → "because".
4. Page 140: The matrix for Fig 2 is incorrect:
   The first row should be \(1/4\quad 1/4\quad 1/4\quad 0\quad 1/4\);
   the third row should be \(\quad.\quad\quad .\quad 1/2\quad 0\quad 1/2\).
   This then makes the limiting probabilities for \(C_2\) to be \(1/2,1/4,1/4\),
   with consequent flow-on for \(p_0\), which now equals \(5/8\) and for \(p_2=p_4=p_6=1/8\).
   Consequently the frequencies \(4/7,1/7,1/7,1/7\) must be changed to \(5/8,1/8,1/8,1/8\).

   Also in Fig 2: \(B(0,8)\) in the last column should be \(B(0,32)\).
